Warranty Coverage
MOMO Motorsport products are backed by a lifetime structural warranty for the original retail purchaser. In addition, a limited one-year manufacturer’s warranty guarantees that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and reasonable use.
Warranty Limitations
All warranty returns reviewed by MOMO Motorsport’s warranty department and found not to be covered under warranty will be returned to the sender without repair or replacement, at the sender’s expense.
This is a limited warranty. No warranties or representations, expressed or implied, are made beyond what is stated here. MOMO Motorsport does not authorize any dealer, representative, or other entity to assume any obligation or liability in connection with MOMO products, their use, or application.
MOMO Motorsport reserves the right to:
- Make changes or improvements in design, materials, or specifications
- Modify or discontinue products without obligation to replace or upgrade previously manufactured items
For all prices, products, and offers, MOMO Motorsport reserves the right to make adjustments due to:
- Changing market conditions
- Product discontinuation
- Manufacturing cost changes
- Advertising errors
- Other extenuating circumstances

Warranty claims sent to MOMO Motorsport without proper return authorization documentation will be disposed of.
