At MOMO Steering Wheels (“we,” “our,” “us”), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the terms, conditions, and process for requesting a return or refund when purchasing from momosteeringwheel.com.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following policy.


🔹 1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Custom or special-order products

🔹 2. Return Process
  1. Contact us at support@momosteeringwheel.com to request a return authorization (RMA).
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages

🔹 3. Refunds
  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The item shows signs of use
  • The packaging is missing or damaged

🔹 4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

🔹 5. Order Cancellations
  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After processing/shipping, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may still return the item once received (subject to this policy).

🔹 6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect

We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
